Trash Pick-Up, Amenity Services
The bench placed outside your front door is a trash receptacle. PG Service Group has been contracted as a part of your HOA Assessment. Trash is picked up 7 days per week. Contact PG Service Group at 407-952-9117.

Cable and Internet Services, Spectrum
Included in your HOA assessment are telephone, wired internet, and basic cable services from Spectrum. For initial setup, please call Spectrum at 866-309-3279. If you have any concerns with setup, please contact the Property Solutions Department at 855-222-0102.

Postal Service
Due to the nature of this property, the HOA will not be providing mail service to this location. Individual owners will need to obtain a local PO Box and provide ICON Management Services with the address.

Water and Sewer, TOHO Water Authority
Your water account will be serviced by TOHO Water Authority. Please visit their website at www.tohowater.com. Select Start/Stop/Move and follow the instructions to set up your account. Reach customer Service at 863-496-1770.

Electric Service, KUA – Kissimmee Utility Authority
To set up your electric account please call 407-933-7777. Customer Service will give you instructions on what they need to set up your account. You can email these documents to [email protected].

Landscaping Service, Exclusive Landscaping
The company that will be taking care of the landscaping of your property and the common areas is Exclusive Landscaping. Please contact your Community Association Manager or go to https://exclusivelandscaping.tikkit.us/ if you have any landscaping concerns.

Gate Access for Homeowners and Guests
DwellingLive allows you to register guests prior to their arrival. All guests and Vendors must be registered to gain access to the community.
